These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Win886 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Win886 platform available at win886.cam.

Win886 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform provides information on sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports and responsible gambling.

By accessing the Win886 platform, creating an account, placing any wager or accepting any promotion, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in Section 14.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Win886, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where you require a licence or permit to participate that you do not hold.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any related platforms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or using automated means to access the Platform.
• You are not listed on any sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP) or watchlist databases that would prohibit your participation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Win886 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address and source of funds at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and any other information required by the KYC process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of account balances and any pending withdrawals.

4.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Win886 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your disclosure of credentials, whether intentional or through negligence.

You must notify Win886 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Win886 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. Verification requests will be communicated to you by email or via the account portal.

Win886 accepts deposits through methods made available within the platform at the time of use. References to payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar Pakistani payment ecosystem context. Win886 does not claim that any of these providers endorse gambling transactions or have confirmed operational support for this Platform.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and are displayed at the time of deposit. Limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, subject to payment provider processing times and any applicable compliance checks.

Withdrawals of real-money balances are subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — sports betting, live casino, table games and certain slots may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion details.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility & One Claim Per Promotion

Each promotion is available to one eligible account per user, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Users found to be creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using any form of abuse to circumvent promotion eligibility rules, will have all bonus funds voided and may face account closure.

7.3 Validity Periods

All bonuses are subject to expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation. Validity periods are displayed at the time the bonus is credited.

7.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

Win886 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including retroactively where fraud or abuse is detected. Illustrative reward amounts shown on the Platform (such as birthday credits or referral bonuses in PKR 2,000 / PKR 5,000 / PKR 10,000 tiers) are indicative only and are not binding unless confirmed in a specific active promotion.

All bets and wagers placed through Win886 are subject to the applicable game rules, sport-specific betting rules and general platform terms set out here. Cricket betting markets — including those covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, Test matches and One Day Internationals — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted and settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PCB). Win886 is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise.
• In the event of a match abandonment, no-result or Duckworth-Lewis (DLS) adjusted result, settlement will follow the operator's specific sport rules published at the time of the market.
• Live / in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or voided at the operator's discretion during active events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Win886 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials or impersonating another individual.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, collusive play, systematic low-risk hedging or any strategy designed primarily to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Automated or bot-assisted play — using software, scripts, bots or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slots or exploit platform mechanics.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players in real-money poker or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. Win886 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling — allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum eligible age.
• Account sharing or transfer — sharing login credentials, transferring account balances to third parties or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Interference with platform systems — attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or tamper with Platform software, infrastructure or security mechanisms.

Win886 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. Users are required to engage with the Platform's responsible gambling tools, particularly if they experience or are at risk of gambling-related harm.

• Age and eligibility: Gambling on this Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction.
• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once set, limits may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Loss limits cap the total amount a user may lose in a defined period. Activation of a loss limit is immediate; removal requires a cooling-off period.
• Time limits and session reminders: Users are encouraged to set session-time reminders to manage the duration of their play.

Win886 provides the Platform and all associated content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Win886 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Users acknowledge that technical disruptions, network outages and maintenance downtime may occur and agree that Win886 bears no liability for losses arising from such events.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not fully enforceable, Win886's total cumulative liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content available on the Win886 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, source code, audio and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Win886 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to extract source code from Platform software.
• Use Win886 trademarks, brand names, logos or game titles without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Win886 intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your Platform access.

Win886's collection, processing and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Win886 applies industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect stored user data. Personal information is not sold to third parties without your explicit consent. KYC documentation is processed solely for identity verification, age confirmation and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

14.1 Termination by Win886

Win886 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, non-cooperation with KYC requests, evidence of prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account is deemed to present legal or regulatory risk.

14.2 Closure by the User

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting Win886 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account will be refunded to the User's verified payment method, subject to pending KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply after termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Win886's operator holds its gambling licence. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice under Pakistani law or any other jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and Win886, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Win886 is committed to resolving user complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures in accordance with the rules of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Win886 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or adjudication process.

Win886 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
